This calculator has been designed for ShawnaNorton.com and the numbers that are recommended are the ones I use to determine how many calories my clients need.

This is NOT a “cookie cutter” calculator (i.e the calculations are programmed off of the equations I use).

These calculations are for WEIGHT MAINTENANCE and to fuel performance in the gym.

Enter your preferred macro breakdown (protein, carbs, and fat) in decimals and it will give you grams of each.
