Perform 4 Rounds Of:

12 Weighted Sit-Ups

30 Second Plank Left Side

30 Second Plank Right Side

10 Plank Transitions

 

Notes

The plank transitions are meant to be a movement that comes from the arms. Work on keeping your hips as stable as possible.

To make the side planks easier lessen the time, to make them harder add weight or lift the top leg up.

For the weighted sit-ups, choose a weight that allows you to do all 12 unbroken, and I suggest putting your feet under something that will help hold them down.
