April 26th 2018 CORE WOD

Today’s workout builds in a movement that probably everyone can work on- the wall walk. If you are proficient at it it will still help build up core stability!

12 MIN EMOM

Min 1- 10 Plank Transitions

Min 2- 20 Plank Jacks

Min 3- 10 Knee to Elbow

Min 4- 2 Wall Walks

 

NOTES

For the plank transitions and plank jacks try not to let the hips move- you are working on dynamic core stability
