20 Alternating Jack Knife Sit Ups
20 Leg Lifts
20 Weighted Sit-ups
10 first part of the Turkish get up (5 on each arm then switch)
Your abs might hate you some today!
For the weighted situps choose a weight where you can do the movement unbroken. Have someone watch you or record yourself first to make sure you are performing the exercise with a flat back. Tuck your feet under the rig or weight them to help focus on the core. Can also do these as GHD.
