Turkish Get-Ups are an amazing way to train core and shoulder strength.

 

Perform 4 Rounds:

4 Turkish Get Up’s each side

*increase weight each time

NOTES

Normally I suggest doing your core work after your workout. I suggest using these as a warm-up before your regular workout.
