The plank offers the test of bracing. The dynamic plank teaches us how to brace our cores while moving. These exercises help you engage the muscles you use to walk, to run, and to train.

10 Plank Transitions
20 Plank Knee to same elbow (10 each side)
20 Plank Knee to opposite elbow
NOTES
The goal with this sequence is to not drop between plank movements. Try to transition from one movement directly into the next without going onto your knees
