April 7th 2018 CORE WOD

Turkish Get-Up’s are an excellent way to develop shoulder and core strength. I suggest performing this exercise before you workout as it requires more strength than the other core movements AND can be used as an effective warm up.

Perform 4 rounds of :

4 Turkish Get Ups  (on each side)

increasing in weight each time if you can

 

NOTES

don’t go all out the first round- choose a light kettle bell to warm up with then increase
