Do you have shoulder pain or trouble getting into an overhead position?

A majority of the time these issues can be addressed and resolved by adding in some regular mobility exercises.

Here we demonstrate four exercises that you can begin immediately to help you open up your shoulders, increase your range of motion and potentially decrease the shoulder pain you may feel when you go overhead.
